Do any bluetooth gps recievers work with the ipod touch?
I would like to buy an ipod touch, but I really want something that can also be a Golf Range Finder.
Apparently not out of the box. It looks like Apple may have restricted what the bluetooth receiver is capable of talking to.
Apparently the options are to buy one of the GPS receivers that is made to attach to the port on the bottom of the device (Magellan, TomTom or Dual Electronics), or jailbreak the device and use something like RoqyBT to enable bluetooth to devices that Apple doesn’t support.
